Our Experience
Integrated Medical-Behavioral Health (IMBH) is a relatively new concept for many in our industry, but not for us. We understand the value, and complexity of bringing both disciplines together to help individuals experiencing mental health conditions achieve recovery and resiliency. But, we also understand the complexity of building these solutions, and what it takes to be successful. And, we have the experience with IMBH and other mental health programs that you need to help you figure out whether this solution can deliver value to your organization and the individuals you serve.
Managed Care
Program Assessment and Redesign: We’ve been engaged in the design, development, and redesign of integrated programs for the last several years. Working with our partners, we have conducted in-depth research on population and program requirements and designed delivery, care management, and value-based solutions to drive integrated delivery and care management models.
Bid Support: We’ve provided ongoing support for the development and production of successful Medicaid bids for fully-integrated and coordinated programs for varied types of programs. These have included comprehensive managed care, carve-out, wraparound, dual eligible, and special populations.
Health Home
Integrated Health Home Design: We developed some of the early designs for health homes, and have continued to expand our expertise in this area. Our innovative frameworks and models include unique approaches to support integrated care for all populations, from episodic/primary care to those experiencing acute and chronic mental health conditions.
Bid Support: We’ve developed innovative approaches and proposal content for delivery system transformation, health home formation, and support, and value-based reimbursement to encourage integrated delivery and management of care.
System of Care
Integrated System of Care Design: We’ve supported our partners in the design of new models and approaches for comprehensive integrated care. Frameworks we have developed include all aspects of design, delivery, and management of care, including integrated clinical protocols, provider system transformation, and provider training and practice development needs.
Carve Out
BH Carve-Out Bid Support: We’ve developed innovative approaches and proposal content for key program design features, innovative delivery solutions, and member engagement and support enhancements for carve-out Medicaid programs. Populations have included children, adults, forensic-involved, co-occurring disorders, and high-risk individuals.
Wraparound
Wraparound Program Bid Support: We’ve developed innovative approaches and proposal content for key program design features, care delivery solutions, and member engagement and support enhancements for Medicaid waiver programs. Populations have included children, the disabled, and the elderly.
